STATE OF WASHINGTON

BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

Involving certain employees of:

DECISION 10191-A – PECB

CITY OF CHEWELAH

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION

The above‑named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commis­sion, seeking certification as the exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of Chewelah. An election was conducted and the petitioner held majority status. A certification was issued as City of Chewelah, Decision 10191 (PECB, 2008).

On January 26, 2009, the petitioner filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in this case is withdrawn.
