ORDER CLOSING CASE

The above named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC. During investiga­tion of the case, the Commission was advised that the incumbent union, Northport Education Association, has disclaimed the bargaining unit and the employer has extended voluntary recognition to the Washington Education Association/Northport Education as exclusive bargaining representative of the affected employees, so that further proceedings are not warranted.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The proceedings in above‑captioned matter are CLOSED, on the basis that no question concerning representation presently exists.
