BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

Involving certain employees of:

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION AND CLOSING CASE

CITY OF SOAP LAKE

The above-named employee filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission, seeking decertifica­tion of Teamsters Union, Local 760 as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees of City of Soap Lake. During the processing of the petition, Teamsters Union, Local 760 filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representa­tion rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 07041-E-87-1208 is withdrawn.

2.                  The proceedings in the above-captioned matter are CLOSED.
