BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

CASE 20678-E-06-3180

DECISION 9517 - PECB

Involving certain employees of:

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION AND CLOSING CASE

NACHES SELAH IRRIGATION DISTRICT

The above-named employee filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission, seeking decertifica­tion of Laborer’s Union, Local 614 as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees of Naches Selah Irrigation District. During the processing of the petition, Laborer’s Union, Local 614 filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representa­tion rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 18230-E-04-2929 is withdrawn.

2.                  The proceedings in the above-captioned matter are CLOSED.
