BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

STATE - HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION AND CLOSING CASE

The above-named employee filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking decertifica­tion of Washington Federation of State Employees as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees of Washington State Health Care Authority. During the processing of the petition, Washington Federation of State Employees filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representa­tion rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertifi­cation petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 17663-E-03-2859 is withdrawn.

2.                  The proceedings in the above-captioned matter are CLOSED.
