BEFORE THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION

In the matter of the petition of:

Involving certain employees of:

ORDER WITHDRAWING CERTIFICATION AND CLOSING CASE

YAKIMA COUNTY

The above-named employee (s) filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, seeking decertification of Teamsters Union, Local 760 as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees of Yakima County. During the processing of the petition, Teamsters Union, Local 760 filed with the Commission a written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit covered by the decertification petition, so that no question concerning representation remains to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations Commission in Case 18498-E-04-2949 is withdrawn.

2.                  The proceedings in the above-captioned matter are CLOSED.
