ORDER CLOSING CASE

The above named organization filed a petition for investigation of a question concerning representation with the Public Employment Relations Commission under Chapter 391-25 WAC, to resolve a dispute concerning the representation of certain employees of the above named employer. After a hearing, the petitioner requested, in writing, that the petition be withdrawn.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

1.                  The withdrawal of the petition filed in the above captioned matter is accepted, and the case is CLOSED.

2.                  This does not constitute a ruling on the propriety of the petitioned-for bargaining unit, or a ruling that the existing bargaining unit represented by the union is or will continue to be appropriate.
